SO MUCH AWESOMENESS!!! To read them all, GO HERE AND HERE please! Wow, it'll be really weird if tonight's episode turns out to be his last Castle one...I just love how they are using him to promote the show because Jack Coleman! <3

Jack Coleman with the episode director aaaaaahhhh! The only behind the scenes pic of Jack Coleman in Castle until now!
Now I'd like to post some excerpts from the interviews, BECAUSE:
QUESTION: First, I have to tell you I've been a fan of yours since you were Jake Kositchek, the Salem Strangler on Days of Our Lives. It was the first serial killer story I'd ever watched and you made an impression.
JACK COLEMAN: Ooh! That goes back a few years. Oh wow! 1981 I'm afraid to say. '81 to '82. Back before there were cars.
LOLOL
Q: It's great to have you back on Castle, but how does it feel to be the most hated man in the Castle fandom?
JC: You know what, you want to elicit a response. If you're going to be a bad buy, the best way to be a bad guy is to be a bad guy that personally affects the hero. That's always fun. I'd rather be loathed than ignored. Actually, that's probably even true of my life. Having a teenage daughter there's no danger of being ignored. You just will be loathed.
Awwwwwww :D :D :D So, his daughter is the hero and he's the baddie? *nods* I DUNNO!
Q: Had you watched the show before you got the role?
JC: I had watched the show, yes. I had not seen all of the episodes so I certainly had a lot of catching up to do. They very kindly sent me a DVD of sort of every pertinent scene to the story of Beckett's mother's murder. So that was incredibly helpful. It brought me up to speed because there's just so much mythology there. It was really nice to have that tool and to know all the ins an outs and all the other people he's brought down, not just her mom.
Ohhhh how interesting! They might as well link him fan videos. :P
Q: This is your second time on the Castle set. Do you hope to have a third?
JC:I'd love to come back. I really had a fun time this time because we had a lot to do. They really gave the character teeth. Stana Katic and I had a bunch of things together and every one of them was just laden with moral complexity. I would say that Castle represents light and love and this guy represents the dark and death and they both have a hold on Kate Beckett. I think it's really great for her character to have that yin and yang. To have the darkness and the light really both pulling on her.
We really had a great time. I just have to say that Nathan and Stana and Seamus and Jon and Penny are all just so great. Just lovely, warm people. That is a really fun set to be on. When I told Adrian Pasdar (former Heroes costar) I was going to do some episodes of Castle he said, You're going to love it. Nathan Fillion is the nicest guy in show business. So first I had to get over my own hurt that I was not the nicest guy in show business but once I did that, I agree he's a very, very nice guy. And Stana and I knew each other from Heroes and we get along really well and we had a lot of fun.
OMG he wants to come baaaaaack, bring him back!!!! Okay this made me LOL forever:
So first I had to get over my own hurt that I was not the nicest guy in show business but once I did that, I agree he's a very, very nice guy.
Q:Beckett obviously has hatred for the Senator, but are his feelings different for her?
Jack Coleman: I think [they are]. I think he thinks that there is maybe a trump card there; in that he is not blinded by hated for her. He doesn't have any hatred toward her; he doesn't have any hatred toward her mother. He was removing the obstacles and doing what had to be done, and that's how he sees himself; that's how he sees his actions, that's how justifies himself. Now having said that, he was humiliated by her; both by being pistol-whipped and also that she's got the drop on him. She had that information on him that keeps him from going after her or anyone she knows, because all of his secrets could be spilled. So he's got a very healthy fear and respect for her, but he doesn't have any hatred for her, other than not being a fan of being pistol-whipped. But I do think in general that it's not the same kind of primal feeling.
Senator Bracken luurrrrves Beckett.......JUST SAYING.
Q: You've been on so many shows over the years. Have you had a favorite?
JC: I will always be partial to HRG on Heroes. That went from a tiny little guest star in the pilot to being this incredible role that they just continued to build and write for me. Both from a professional stand point and in terms of where it started and where it went it was incredibly gratifying. But also just the scenes that I got to play. That I was sort of the guy who always knew what was happening even though I didn't have any powers of my own. That was really fun part to play and of course all of the moral ambiguity. Just when you thought he was a bad guy he would do something really good and then when you thought he was a good guy he'd do something really bad. That stuff is very fun to play.
<3333 HRG FOREVERRR
Q: If you could choose to star on one current TV show, what would be your dream role?
JC: Maybe they would spin off Breaking Bad for me. I always seem to be bad, I just need the right break.
OMG. This is so awesome, because Breaking Bad is one of the most awesoe things ever and I don't even know what else to say...I approve his taste. Ahhhhh who should we threaten???? *wants to insert many many Jesse Pinkman gifs here* I am all for Mr Coleman playing baddies/morally grey characters over and over again! A show like Breaking Bad? UNFGHHHH And I love that he said the same thing in his every interview, playing bad guys is more fun etc.
These days Coleman is known for his villainy, whether it’s as Bracken or Noah Bennett in Heroes, but the actor hasn’t always worn a black hat. In fact, quite the opposite. “What’s funny is that for years and years, I always sort of played the good guy. From Dynasty all the way forward, I played a lot of boyfriends and husbands and sons, mostly sort of good, earnest people,” he said with a laugh. “It was Heroes that kind of changed all that. Now I’m seen as a kind of murky guy who’s usually got a secret and something nasty up his sleeve. That’s been a great change for me. I’ve really enjoyed it. Bad guys are fun, especially when you look like the man next door.”
He looks like the man next door? Man, I don't think so....
Q: What was it like being back on "Castle"?
JC: It was a lot of fun. It's always nice to be somewhere for the second time, because the first time is sort of, they don't know you, you don't know them. Stana and I knew each other, which was good. That was easy, and that was comfortable. But it's a new set, there's always a little bit awkward. And then you go back and you're a little bit more familiar both with the show and the crew, with the other cast members, and they're more familiar with you. It's always a little more comfortable.
Awwwwww.....awkward! *huggggggs* I bet the cast always feel awkward because he is awesome... *NODS*
And this is from Tv Guide:
Both Marlowe and Coleman promise that this is not the end of the dance between Beckett and Bracken. "It keeps the ground shifting underneath both the characters and the audience," Coleman says. "They're both in this toxic pas de deux. You're not sure who's leading, you're not sure who's following, you're not sure they're even dancing to the same music! But they can't seem to get away from each other."
OMG yay! I bet we'll be seeing him around the season finale. :P I love him and his fancy words, just saying... No wonder they made him do tons of interviews, he is sooooo good at this...HEAVY PROMOTION FTW! I HAVE A LOT OF FEELINGS RIGHT NOW.
Q:Does he still have a scar from their last meeting?
JC:He does have a scar from the last meeting. It is small, but it is there, and I am sure there are moments when the camera will see it, and will reveal that. It’s not like there’s this giant scar running the length of his face; it’s a small one, but it’s there in every single scene, and I’m sure the camera will reveal it from time to time.
I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE SCAR. I'm sure I'll be drooling hard...
Q: You’ve played a number of very iconic roles. Is there any past role, like HRG from Heroes or Bill Forbes from The Vampire Diaries, that you would like to someday revisit?
JC: Most of all, you want to have an effect on the lead characters when you come into a show, or when you do anything you do. You want to make sure
that your character has an impact. Just going forward, that’s the kind of thing that I look for. In terms of returning to anything, Heroes is gone; Bill Forbes is dead… I continue to look forward, but I love what they did with this character of Bracken.
Iconic Jack Coleman FTW! :D :D :D
PHEW. I don't think he did that many interviews in one day for Heroes...This is unexpected and nice.... I might update this entry if we get more interviews and I know there is at least one site which didn't post theirs yet!
