OMG 9 PM is a great time to talk about dogs and animals and such things. I'm available after 9 too! And I like animals and dogs and other cute mammals!
Again, the most awesome quotes came from Oscar. Such as:
"This confirms three things, I'm right about the Senator, I still got it, and poor Angela."
and,
"Well, if you would have seen the look he gave me, he wanted to rock more than just my vote."
also,
"No, I'm certainly not disappointed that Angela's husband wasn't hitting on me. I'd have to be a monster to root for that. A lonely aging monster"
LOL it's awesome how he describes himself as an aging monster. Also, I would like to rock The Senator too. I don't know how rocking works, but I'll figure it out, I'm sure.

The promo pics showed him at the podium, I'm wondering if there were scenes that got cut? It's a little silly how the fundraiser is for him and we didn't see him speak...
I realized that the show hasn't explicitly outed the Senator yet. Not to crush Oscar's dreams, but I think they can still plausibly reveal that he isn't gay. Everything he's done so far is just ambiguously gay and really, really awkward XD I think it would be funny if they went that route. On the other hand, they could get some pretty good drama for Angela's story if they do out him.
I caught the facepalming because I was afraid to miss a JC moment and I didn't even blink as I watched certain scenes. :P
OMG YES. And omg I totally forgot the promo pics!! Then that scene was definitely cut! D: Ugh we'll have to acquire the DVD set I guess! Because that scene was definitely shot, otherwise we wouldn't have the promo pics!
I guess I wouldn't be so wrong if I say this is probably the last season for the Senator. Perhaps they are keeping the outing for the season finale? But you are right, nobody except Oscar actually thinks he is gay, so nothing is certain, but I also think this is a sign, the senator's gayness would be a big shock for everyone! I can't see them taking a step back from that storyline, but I also think we will see a twist regarding Oscar. I can't stop thinking about Sendhil and the fact that Wendi said Sendhil and JC would be in the same episode...
Pssh, well apparently it might be the last season for everyone, if they reboot :P Sendhil's only in one episode right? I read he's supposed to be a love interest for Kelly, but maybe everyone can catch him and the Senator together at the end ;D A very special Heroes reunion, pow chicka pow!
I'm really wondering how that not-so-great spin off/reboot idea will work. I don't see fans liking any of these changes, but I guess we'll see. The ratings aren't that good anymore, so I guess they expect new people to watch the new show/shows.
I guess if they're not liking the show as it is right now they might do well to just overhaul anyway. But while Dwight's spin off has potential just by virtue of being new, a reboot just sounds repetitive.
I think they didn't announce their appearances because they want this to be a surprise. This makes me hopeful and giddy. :D
I did not approach or get a pic; there was already a bunch of people mobbing around him as he was getting his drink and it felt rude :P But I did surreptitiously watch and then follow him outside and saw him go into a theater.
I also stared at his arm. He's pretty fit! Jack would have enjoyed himself XD

Kevin Spacey was here, he was travelling in Europe for a Shakespeare play he does and my friends and I saw him walking by in a seaside place with cafes and restaurants where we hang out regularly. One of my buddies who was a huuuuge fan wanted to talk to him but I didn't, because I knew about his reputation. :P But of course, that didn't stop her and she caught him and talked to him. He wasn't the warmest people around and he kind of continued to walk slowly at first but then he stopped and listened to her and even gave replies. He was distant but nice. (Also shorter than I expected XD) But when my friend told him that one of her friends tried to stop her from talking to him, he asked "who?" and she pointed at me (I was still standing a step back from our group) and he made the thumbs up gesture and smiled and said: "Good job!"
I still don't know if that was a "you did an awful job" or a "you understand" XDDD
UGHHH back to Oscar: LOL it's awesome that he was fit, no wonder The Senator was hitting on him constantly. XD Oh man, I would have said weird things to Mr Nunez about this scene LOL.

I know right, it was pretty random and awesome! I was ridiculously excited and indecisive too :P He was fairly fit but I think it's b/c the suits can be a little unflattering on TV sometimes; they make men look a little bigger. I think that happens with Jack's suits sometimes too :P
Also...I just found this. Maybe he can send it to the Senator after 9 when he's more likely to pick up?

Oh, for me, Stargate is Spader and Russell. I was never into the series. For me, it's the movie. I saw it as a young teenager (or preteen) with my parents :), and it's one of my favorite movies since :)
Oh, I will put my little lady hands there...as soon as I can!! :) Now...straight to the cinema!! :)
I'm totally waiting to see The Dark Knight rises! I'm thinking I will find other ways to watch Avenger maybe. :P Btw I wasn't into Stargate shows either, but I remember liking the movie a lot.

I loved that The Senator was an important issue in this episode´s plot. Wasn´t it like an Office "Company Man"? XD He had more screentime than in previous eps, he had his name written in big letters (ROBERT LIPTON on the event banners) and he shared scenes with many other characters.
I was kinda disappointed that Meredith didn´t jump on him when he gave her his phone number. :P

Yesss! He finally had substantial amount of scenes and more importantly, he was an important part of the episode! I thought the same thing about the banner too. :D But also, a scene was cut! D:
